Bluelarix Designworks is a full service product design studio with a team highly motived designers and developers. We invent, design and develop products, from idea till production, where user friendliness and design strategy are our focus. 

History
The birth of Bluelarix Designworks starts in 2006 in Norway where the founders Andreas and Maria think about creating a company that is specialized in product design and product development, with the main focus on sustainability and user friendliness. 

In the end the plans became reality not in Norway, but in 2007 in the Netherlands. Bluelarix Designworks was founded and starts to deliver hands-on design support and product development services. 
 
In 2008 we add also knowledge in the fields of electronics design and software, apart from concept design, engineering and human factors, so that Bluelarix Designworks is able to design the user experience not only through design but also in electronics and software. In 2011 a dedicated Lab was added for electronics design, interaction design and prototyping. 
 
Clients 
At the moment Bluelarix Designworks works for companies that produce or market consumer products, consumer electronics, sports products, medical products and professional products. Apart from Dutch clients we work for clients in Belgium, Germany, Russia and Asia as well, including Niko Group NV and Decathlon S.A.
